Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time
As soon as we ship your order, you will automatically receive an email with the shipping details. We will, of course, ensure that your package is carefully packed.
Standard Parcel Delivery
We deliver via PostNL for the Netherlands and via DHL or PostNL for other countries. One delivery attempt will be made at the specified delivery address. Are you not home? The driver may leave the parcel with a neighbour. If this is not possible, the package will be taken to the nearest pickup point. If the package is not collected in time, it will be returned to our studio. In that case, we are unfortunately obliged to charge the shipping costs again.
Letterbox delivery
Letterbox packages are simply delivered to your home, via the letterbox. You don't have to stay home for this. You will receive the track and trace code via email. Delivery takes an average of 1 to 3 working days, depending on the time of ordering.

- Ownership and risk are transferred to the customer once the product has been delivered.
