No problem!
You can return your order within 14 days without giving a reason, provided that the item is in its original packaging.
Not satisfied?
Its is, of course, possible that the handbag hanger you purchased is not entirely to your liking. Perhaps it looks different than expected, tastes differ!
Please note: custom-made and personalised items are non-returnable. As custom-made and personalised products are created especially for you, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
Return procedure
- Register your return by email via admin@tassenhangers.com, stating your order number.
- Include your order details, the packing slip or a return form (available on request) by email admin@tassenhangers.com inside the package.
- Carefully pack the product and ensure it is sufficiently protected for shipping.

Upon receipt, we will check the product. Within 14 days of processing your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.
