Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

Seller: Tassenhangers.com, an official trading name of KingsFields.nl.

Consumer / Customer: Any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

Agreement: Any distance sales agreement concluded between Tassenhangers.com and the Consumer.

Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Tassenhangers.com and to every distance sales agreement concluded between Tassenhangers.com and the Customer.

Prices and Payment

• All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
• Payment must be made in advance using one of the payment methods offered through our webshop.
• Tassenhangers.com shall not be bound by obvious typographical, pricing or programming errors.

Shipping and Delivery

• Free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €50. Orders below €50 are charged €4.95 shipping.
• Shipping to Belgium, France, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Austria and Spain: €6.95.
• Orders will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the Customer.
• Estimated delivery time is 2 business days, unless otherwise agreed.
• For deliveries outside the Netherlands, the applicable shipping charges will be communicated before checkout and delivery times may be longer.
• Ownership of, and risk relating to, the products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a standard product within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason.

The Model Withdrawal Form is available upon request by email at admin@tassenhangers.com.

Exceptions: Custom-made and personalised products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Return Conditions

Returned products must:

• be in their original condition;
• be unused and undamaged; and
• be returned at the Customer's expense.

Return Procedure

1. Notify us of your return request by email at admin@tassenhangers.com, stating your order number.
2. Carefully package the product and ensure that sufficient postage has been paid.

Once your return has been received and inspected, the purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days, provided that the returned product complies with the above conditions.

Warranty and Conformity

We warrant that our products conform to the Agreement and meet the Customer's reasonable expectations.

As our products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, finish and dimensions may occur. These variations are considered part of the unique character of each product and shall not constitute grounds for a claim.

Any defects must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of discovery.

Where a complaint is found to be justified, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product. A refund will only be issued where repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.

Liability

Tassenhangers.com shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profit, loss of business or other consequential damages.

Any liability shall be limited to the invoice value of the product concerned, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, transport disruptions, illness, pandemics or government measures, Tassenhangers.com shall be entitled to suspend its obligations or terminate the Agreement without liability for any compensation.

Complaints and Disputes

Complaints must be submitted by email to admin@tassenhangers.com.

Receipt of your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 business days, and a substantive response will be provided within 14 days.

These Terms and Conditions and all Agreements are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent court in 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands.

Privacy

Personal data is treated confidentially and used solely for order processing, after-sales services and compliance with legal obligations.

Intellectual Property

All images, photographs, texts, product designs and other content published on Tassenhangers.com are the intellectual property of KingsFields.nl | Erika de Wit, unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be communicated in writing or electronically. Existing Agreements shall remain subject to the version of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the purchase was made.

Business Customers

For orders placed by legal entities or persons acting in the course of their trade, business or profession (hereinafter referred to as Business Customers), the right of withdrawal described above shall not apply.

Custom-made or commissioned products cannot be returned unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our liability towards Business Customers shall be limited to the invoice value of the relevant product, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays shall not entitle the Business Customer to compensation or cancellation unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Business Customers are responsible for providing accurate company details, including a valid VAT number where applicable. Orders may be suspended or refused if incorrect or incomplete information is provided.

All intellectual property rights relating to designs, photographs and texts remain vested in KingsFields.nl | Erika de Wit, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Agreements with Business Customers unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
